If we can't resolve your software issue remotely, you don't pay for a One-Time Fix.
One-Time Fix
No Fix, No Fee. Hardware issues are diagnosed at no charge and recommendations provided. Recurring issues within seven days will be revisited and refunded if unresolved.
Home Membership
Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds. New members may request a refund within 14 days if dissatisfied with their first support experience.
Family Care Plan
14-day satisfaction guarantee for new annual memberships. After that period, cancellations stop future renewals unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
