Terms of Service
Scope
Personal technology support by phone, chat and secure remote assistance only. No onsite visits or physical hardware repair.
Unsupported Services
No hardware repair, parts replacement, mail-in repair or physical servicing. Hardware diagnoses are provided with recommendations and no One-Time Fix fee if the issue cannot be be resolved remotely.
Fair Use
Unlimited memberships are for normal residential use only.
Customer Responsibilities
Maintain internet access, back up important data, and authorize us to access your devices.
Billing
One-Time Fix is charged only when the issue is resolved remotely. Memberships renew until cancelled according to the selected billing cycle.
Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service, to the extent permitted by law.
